In a addition to general civil and criminal litigation disputes, Jenny Liao’ s practice includes considerable experience in infrastructure and government procurement matters, labor disputes, insurance matters, trade secrets, corporate investment, and M&A.

Jenny helped a large foreign corporate client in resolving disputes arising from an infrastructure project, working to avoid the administrative suspension by preventing publication of the client’ s name in the Government Procurement Gazette. Additionally, she helped multiple clients handling labor disputes, disputes arising from real estate, and matters related to asset protection for elders. Jenny has handled litigation cases involving breach of trust and trade secrets, assisted a listed company in Taiwan in selling its indirect holdings in an offshore company, aided the dissolution and liquidation processes for a foreign investor’s subsidiary company, and provided legal consultation in related areas.

Jenny’ s training in economics enables her to apply relevant knowledge to resolve matters. During graduate school, she attended Keio University, Japan, as an exchange student. Jenny began her internship at Chen & Lin Attorneys-at-Law and later worked as an associate at Crown Pro Attorneys-at-Law before joining Innovatus Law.

Jenny is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
