Professional Information


Rose Wang specializes in complex commercial dispute resolution, contract review and drafting, and corporate legal compliance.

Rose has provided legal advice to a reputable international energy sector firm on commercial fire disputes. She often reviews or drafts various types of commercial contracts for domestic and foreign companies, such as cross-border engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, private equity fund documents, joint venture fundraising, employee stock option plans and agreements, product distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) production contracts, and intellectual property rights licensing.

Rose also helped domestic and foreign enterprises to deal with commercial investment and contract performance disputes, represented well-known domestic enterprises in intellectual property litigation, and successfully obtained favorable judgment for the clients.

Rose has received recognition in the field of “Intellectual Property Rights” from the Legal 500.

Before joining Innovatus Law, Rose previously worked as a project assistant in several government-mandated legal research projects at Institutum Iurisprudentiae Academia Sinica (IIAS) and Soochow University School of Law. These projects include researches on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control regarding tobacco track-and-tracing system, proposed modification to Taiwan’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, and legal opinions for a reply on constitutional interpretation petition requested by the Health Promotion Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare; and researches regarding international investment agreements and foreign legislatures such as “UK Modern Slavery Act 2015,” “California Transparency in Supply Chain Act,” and “Australia Modern Slavery Act 2018” for the Investment Business Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Rose was recommended by Soochow University Law School as an exchange student to the School of Law, University of Wollongong in Australia, studying international law and human rights law. She also received research grants from Lee and Li Foundations on transnational legal research. Rose’ s internship at the Keelung Customs enabled her to become familiar with the custom clearance process in Taiwan.

Rose is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
