Professional Information


Tiffany Hsu joined Innovatus Law in 2024.

During her time in graduate school, she specialized in corporate law and securities law. Her master thesis, titled “A Study on the Regulation of Dual-Class Share Structure: Exploring the Prospects of Its Introduction into Taiwan,” analyzed the theoretical foundation of dual-class share structures and the implications on corporate governance, particularly, investors protection if shareholders of a certain class exert disproportionate power over the issuer, and compared regulatory regimes in the United States, China, and Singapore, proposing a regulatory model and legal framework for the introduction of dual-class share structure in Taiwan. Apart from studying at National Taiwan University, she participated in academic program at Peking University in China and was an exchange student at Hitotsubashi University in Japan, equipping her with proficient English and Japanese skills. Tiffany also served as teaching assistant for securities law courses, assisting teaching and academic research. Additionally, she worked as a student editor for NTU Law Review and was responsible for editing academic articles and liaising with scholars around the world for submissions and reviewing.

Before joining Innovatus Law, Tiffany worked at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law as an intern lawyer, where she was primarily tasked with legal matters requiring high level of English proficiency, including drafting and reviewing business contracts, handling labor disputes, and conducting legal research and analysis. With her proficiency in Japanese, she also assisted Taiwan-Japan cross-border legal matters. Apart from non-litigation cases, she participated in litigation cases including civil, criminal, and commercial disputes.

Tiffany is qualified to practice in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Taiwanese.
