Professional Information


Ken Wu joins Innovatus Law in January 2024.

During his graduate studies in Georgetown University Law Center, Ken was a research assistant for Professor Anupam Chander, and drafted memoranda regarding cybersecurity law, and analyzed related regulations and news releases. He also worked for the Secretary General of the Inter-American Bar Association (IABA) as a legal extern; during the IABA externship, he drafted memoranda regarding investor-state dispute settlement reform, conducted legal research on human trafficking, and invited panelists for the Rule of Law Webathon co-hosted with the American Bar Association. He also helped a domestic company develop a communication framework for the company’s sustainability report. During college, Ken was an exchange student at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Wiesbaden, Germany, majoring in transnational commercial law.

Before joining Innovatus Law, Ken worked as a trainee lawyer in 2020 at Kingstone Attorneys-at-Law, concentrating on administrative and civil disputes.

Ken is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Taiwanese.
